Today I had my first serious intervals: 200/200 x10. By the last repeats I was very tired, but I did my best. I have never done this kind of speed work before, and the pace felt quite fast for me. Let’s see how it goes later and how it will affect my results.

Longrun 2026-04-05

This was a great long run of 13 km. The first 3 km I ran in heart rate zone 2, it felt very good. Then I ran 10 km in zone 3. As a result, during this long run I set new personal records for 5 km and 10 km.

Chilling 2026-04-03

It was a great day. I slept well as my coach told me to do. My Garmin watch showed 99% Body Battery. I think I will continue like this. But I had to skip the Parilla on Saturday.

Training 2026-04-02

Today I had an interval training. It was a bit worse than last week. This is clearly because I did not sleep well in the last few days. Because of this, my recovery is also worse. And I also started to drink too much beer again. As my coach said, with this approach I will run at 6:40 per km, not 6:15. I stop this small bad habit and start to train properly again.
